I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please email me (info@fullytaylored.com) and we can work out a solution.

Information

Before painting, you will receive a mockup of your banner for review and approval. If you have any revisions, this would be the time to let me know. Current processing and shipping times take 1-2 weeks.

RUSH ORDERS: Painted banners ordered 1-2 weeks before your event date require a rush order fee. Find the listing here for purchase. Please email me (info@fullytaylored.com) for all rush order requests before placing your order to ensure I can complete your banner in time for your event.

SHIPPING
I take great care in creating and packaging every banner, but once it’s with the shipping carrier, things are out of my hands. Fully Taylored is not responsible for any mishandling during transit, including damaged tubes or banners that arrive bent, crinkled, torn, or otherwise affected during shipping.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your banner arrives in less than perfect condition due to carrier mishandling, I’m happy to help you file a claim. With clear photos of the damage and once the claim is approved, I can offer store credit toward a future order.

REPAINTING
Because each banner is made to order, repainting depends on your event date and my current schedule. I’ll always do my best to accommodate when I can, but availability isn’t guaranteed due to the demands of my workload.


REFUNDS
All banners are custom and made just for you, so refunds are not offered.
Refunds also cannot be given once a design mockup has been sent for approval, as creating the mockup is part of the custom work.

QUESTIONS OR ISSUES
I do everything I can to package your banner safely, but shipping carrier handling is beyond my control. If your package arrives damaged or you have any questions at all, please reach out so I can help walk you through the next steps.
