RUSH ORDERS:

Painted banners needed within 1-2 weeks from the day you order require a rush order fee. This fee ensures prioritized completion and expedited shipping.

One Week: Ordering 5-7 days before your event date
Two Weeks: Ordering 8-14 days before your event date

Please email me (info@fullytaylored.com) for all rush order requests before placing your order to ensure I can complete your banner in time for your event.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

I work based on due dates (event dates), not order dates. All banner orders, excluding rush banners, are shipped via UPS Ground 7 days before your event date, regardless of when the order was placed. Please keep this in mind when choosing the due date for your banner.

★ FULLY CUSTOM ★

Fully customizable. Any theme, size, or occasion. You will receive a mockup of your banner for review and approval before I begin painting. If you have any revisions, this is the time to let me know.

★ SEMI-CUSTOM ★

You will NOT receive a mockup of your banner before I begin painting as these banners are created with designs + layouts in place. *Most of these banners are ONLY customizable by wording and color scheme, not design or layout.
