RUSH ORDERS:

Painted banners needed within 1-2 weeks from the day you order require a rush order fee. This fee ensures prioritized completion and expedited shipping.

One Week: Ordering 5-7 days before your event date
Two Weeks: Ordering 8-14 days before your event date

Please email me (info@fullytaylored.com) for all rush order requests before placing your order to ensure I can complete your banner in time for your event.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

I work based on due dates (event dates), not order dates. All banner orders, excluding rush banners, are shipped via UPS Ground 7 days before your event date, regardless of when the order was placed. Please keep this in mind when choosing the due date for your banner.

Not customizable. You will NOT receive a mockup of your banner before I begin painting as these banners are created with designs + layouts + color schemes + wording in place. Processing time still applies as banners are painted after purchase.
