After checkout for the deposit, I will email you a brief questionnaire. You (customer) do not have to provide the chalkboard. This will be discussed in the questionnaire. If you (customer) are providing the chalkboard, you (customer) are responsible for shipping (or other agreed upon method to transfer possession of) chalkboard to Fully Taylored to begin painting. After I review your form, we will discuss your specific requests in detail. You will then receive a proposal which will include a mock-up of your design for approval. Your invoice must be paid before work will begin.
