All tassels are completely handmade, unique, and made to order. I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please email me (info@fullytaylored.com) and we can work out a solution.
Information
Please include your preferred colors, theme, or overall style in the customization box(es) before checkout. If you select any add-ons, please include the exact details needed, such as letter beads, initials, names, charm styles, bead colors, or other requests.
Because each tassel is handmade, exact ribbons, yarns, trims, charms, beads, and materials may vary based on current availability. I will always use your requested colors and style as the guide.
Mockups are not provided for tassel orders. These are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces and will be designed based on the details provided at checkout.
Current processing times take 1-3 days.

SHIPPING
I take great care in creating and packaging every tassel, but once it’s with the shipping carrier, things are out of my hands. Fully Taylored is not responsible for any mishandling during transit, including packages that arrive bent, damaged, delayed, or otherwise affected during shipping.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives in less than perfect condition due to carrier mishandling, I’m happy to help you file a claim. With clear photos of the damage and once the claim is approved, I can offer store credit toward a future order.
CUSTOM DETAILS
Each tassel is custom and handmade based on the information provided at checkout. Please double-check all colors, themes, names, initials, letter beads, charm requests, and add-on details before placing your order.
Because materials may vary, I cannot guarantee exact matches to previous tassels, inspiration photos, or example designs.
ADD-ONS
Add-ons such as letter beads, charms, bead clusters, and matching mini tassels must be selected before checkout. Please make sure the quantity selected matches the details you are requesting.
Example: If you want “USA” in letter beads, please select quantity 3 for letter beads.
REFUNDS
All tassels are custom and made just for you, so refunds are not offered.

I do everything I can to create and package your tassel safely, but shipping carrier handling is beyond my control. If your package arrives damaged or you have any questions at all, please reach out so I can help walk you through the next steps.
